Computers & Printing

Find super-affordable printing, scanning, and photocopying for all Innis students on the second floor of the College! You can print, scan, and copy without leaving the building.

And if you don’t have your laptop, drop into the computer lab inside the library to work on your assignment or start your research.

Printing

Wireless printing

Wireless printing (or remote printing from your own laptop) is available at Innis.

Printer release station

Using U of T’s printing system, you can print from the lab computers in the Innis College Library.

Cost

$0.04 per page, single or double-sided, black and white, 8.5” x 11” (letter-size) only. You’ll need your TCard+ for printing payment. Innis does not accept the guest card for printing; instead, it can be used at Robarts Library.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds. Try and avoid jobs greater than 20 pages (or 40 double-sided pages) or break them down into smaller chunks.

Photocopying

You must comply with the Provost’s Fair Dealing Guidelines when you photocopy copyright-protected works.

Cost

Scanning

There is no USB capability but you can scan directly to your email instead.

Cost

There is no charge to use the scanner.

Computers

You’ll find the following equipment in the college computer lab, located within our library. The lab’s hours are the same as those of the library.

  • Four macOS and four Windows PCs
  • Latest versions of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers
  • VLC Media Player
  • Access to the Innis College Printer Release Station

Location & Hours

You can find the Printer Release Station, which includes a photocopier, printer, and scanner, on the second floor, east wing, of Innis College, located between the elevator and Room 222, and close to the Innis College Library.

The Printer Release Station is available during college operating hours.
